2. Service Description

Apolone provides music promotion services through Instagram Reels placements. We connect artists with content creators to feature their music in social media content.

• Campaign results may vary based on content performance
• We do not guarantee specific view counts or engagement metrics

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your music and contact details
• Own or have proper licensing for all submitted music
• Not submit content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required before campaign launch. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the campaign has not yet started.

5. Cancellation Policy

For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-time campaigns cannot be cancelled once they have begun.

6. Limitation of Liability

Apolone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
